TP-101 and TP-111: Continuous wireless temperature monitor for pediatric use by parents typically lasting 30 DAYS, not 24 or 48 hours, in continuous operation. When your patient is sick, just stick the TempTru device under the arm using the adhesive strips provided and read the temperature in this app. The normal range is 40 feet/10 meters. You can use as many devices you want with one app; perfect for a family during the flu season. You can extend the life of the device beyond 30 days by turning it off and safely storing it in the package provided.
The app encourages the apps user to enter the temperature range for notifications. The app can also send SMS messages to 2 other phone numbers. The app will sound a loud shrill alarm that is meant to wake up the apps user (but not the patient). With this app, you can safely go to sleep at night, knowing that the app is monitoring your patient!!
There is a layer of security (over and above Bluetooth security) between the app and device. That requires you to follow the instructions in the app.
The app stores all readings in the cloud and presents them to the user as graphs when the app is started. You can swipe left/right to go from one days graph to the next.
The app defaults to Fahrenheit units and allows the user to change units to Celsius.
TP-102 or TP-112: Continuous ambient temperature monitor. You can use it to measure ambient temperature between -30C and +55C. We have seen the greatest use of this product for monitoring the temperature of cold storage.
